How Our Internship Program Works
Our internship program is structured to maximize learning, growth, and engagement from day one.
Application and Selection
We seek candidates who show enthusiasm for the tech field, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. The application process involves a quick assessment and a casual interview, where we get to know your interests and goals. Selected interns are then onboarded, where they meet their mentors and get introduced to our work culture.
Hands-On Projects
Interns are assigned meaningful projects that contribute directly to our work and goals. You won’t be fetching coffee or handling busywork here! Our interns are involved in real tasks that challenge them to use their knowledge, think critically, and learn by doing.
Mentorship and Guidance
Each intern is paired with a mentor—a seasoned e-Biz team member who offers one-on-one support, career advice, and feedback. This mentorship ensures that our interns can tackle new challenges with confidence and grow in the areas that matter most to them.
Networking and Learning Opportunities
We know that making connections is essential, so we organize events, workshops, and team-building activities where interns can meet other professionals, hear from guest speakers, and build their network.
Evaluation and Future Opportunities
Throughout the internship, mentors provide feedback, and at the end of the program, interns receive a full review of their accomplishments. Exceptional interns often receive job offers, opening up a pathway to join the e-Biz family permanently.
